This book could be improved if there were alternatives or explanations for unfamiliar items, such as coriander roots. I think coriander leaves might be called cilantro in the southwest. This cookbook is a must for Thai recipes. The recipes are easy to make and taste great. If you like Thai or are trying to get into eating it try this cookbook first.
Review-My Best Thai Recipes
This e-book by Chan Tao is full of authentic Thai recipes that will have your taste buds singing. From delicious Pad Thai to Ginger Chicken Salad, this book offers a variety of food that will be better than any you can find in a restaurant. Most ingredients can be found in your local grocery store, and all of the recipes are easy enough for even novice cooks. My only complaint about the book is that all of the measurements are in the metric system, but those can be easily converted to the standard system using an online converting tool.
This book had mostly main dishes, so if you would like a three course meal, you will need to look elsewhere. I found a recipe in 50 Shades of Avocados 50 Simple, Healthy & Delicious Avocado Recipes For Awesome Meals for an avocado noodle soup that would make a perfect beginning course.
